personal recommendation Just, I imagine something like that. I don't know the layout of the house, my solution would probably aim towards moving him downstairs though I know that maybe impractical.
I rarely take naps unless I'm exhausted and can't stay awake. Combination of feeling off when I try to, taking after my grandfather, and:
