Been thinking of having one for a while now, to be honest.
Current project makes a good excuse.
I'll have to keep you guys posted on it, but I picked up a shop from a friend of mine, and am trying to deck out the rear portion to be a solid 'office' space. That way I get the best of both worlds.

The only downside is it's irritably expensive. Gonna cost me a good 600$ just for the walls, let alone a simple roof, insulation, drywall...
At least I already have the electrical. I might want to do some extra stuff with it, but it's all pretty decent that I don't feel desperate for it.
I'm hoping I can get it done this month. Might be a little bit of a rush job, but I'll be sure to snag some photos for you all while I'm at it.
