Russians were banned from linux development some time ago. Free code from Russians is not welcomed.

Additionally Hackers are not permitted to contribute to linux anymore, essentially. It is fully a commercially developed project. Linus doesn't even do any work on it really, according to his statements.

So It went from
100pct hackers + russians
Then at some point to 90pct hackers+ intel USB3 driver from (?Sarah Sharp).
To
50pct commercial programmers/ 50 percent hackers.
To
90 percent commercial programmers including alot from microsoft, to 10 percent hackers.
To Code of Conduct, Russians BANNED, the last of the hacker code removed (russian code in the form of the first journaling file system for linux, which what working when it was deleted)
100 percent commercial code, Zero percent hackers, and hackers dissed as shit programmers. Russians dissed too.

Also RMS is not aware that Linux Kernel is an 100 percent commercial project now, and doesn't know that all hacker code from the 1990s has been removed and rewritten by commercial programmers, and it's all out of the hands of hackers.

If I'm to understand correctly this is an AI layoff who is trying to take over Linux. Having a job always worked for him from keeping a casm between the good programmer (him) and the incompetent hacker (people he doesn't like). In this case Russians no less.
