>>21250>I hadn't known her to be a particularly bad person while she was a poster. Often unamused and always cynical but never vindictive or petty. Such a heel turn seems odd to me.Her stated philosophy for the site was one of managed decline. She drove off a lot of people, and I'm sure she was happy to see them go.
>How'd those three cause the ship to sink?Behind the scenes, Mk and Zeke had basically taken charge of the site since Toybox stopped caring or even coming around. They consulted with Starshine (for some bizarre reason, since she'd been gone for years) regarding what to do with the site. Mind you, none of them were active on the site. They discussed the possibility of handing it over to someone else. Among the people they considered, they had even talked about handing it over to me, even though I wasn't even part of staff, probably because I was one of the most active people still on the site. But they straight up fabricated reasons to not do so. And without so much as asking anyone's opinion who actually used the site, the three of them decided to shut it down instead. They then informed Toybox who showed up to make the announcement, parroting their nonsensical justifications.
>Zeke? I always liked him though... Maybe i can talk to him directly as a neutral party, see if they were actually deleted or just in hors vactican vaults somewhere. Do you know how to contact him? I don't have his contact info. He runs Getchan - probably the best place to get in touch with him.
>The main burr in my saddle is the lost history. As far as the civil war it's largely drama to me, as a prodigal.Understandable.
>Nah, it was a straight up google.com link.should be safe then
