There is no single "most confused" animal; confusion can occur in different species for various reasons, from intoxication to misidentification, or as a result of cognitive limitations or physical adaptations. Bees become disoriented from fermented fruit, sloths can mistake limbs for branches due to poor eyesight, and sharks may attack people they mistake for seals.
Crap. Well at least the sharks are nice now, I guess. It was all just a big misunderstanding.
