Playing PS1 without a memory card for most of my life. I think I played the beginning level over 1000 times.

I also remember without a memory card, my brother and I (Who used to play Tekken 3) would literally unlock like every character, everyday to get our picks and then just leave the machine on

The trouble there is that I have to remember the name of some obscure free game back in the day that I played and never even really memorized at the time.

I recall one where it was a multiplayer sandbox type fare, but either the terrain reset often or something, so you could cut trees in one map but it'd respawn for others eventually I think. Was pretty neat. Thought the tutorial island was it for ages, til someone got me off of it. But then, I stopped playing shortly after Sadly. I think it was during the time I could only game for 1 hour on the PC. Very irritating era.
