If you're being sincere, I really do appreciate it. It's just something that happens when it feels right. I heard of others that practice Santa Murete veneration who speak of it. (I actually do pay tribute to the Saint of Death. I have to rearrange and unsure my old belongings but I can post pictures if anyone is interested.) My mother is one who prays to her as well.

I am not religious, and I don't consider myself spiritual, but it makes me happy. Like it's actually sending a message to my dead.

Yes and no. It is as passive and focused and yet not. It is something that simply comes about through memory, emotion, and intention. A lot of times I drink to attempt to numb myself. In moments like these. I use alcohol to fuel suppressed emotions and feelings.

The point of meditation is to attempt to feel nothing and think nothing; somehow becoming one with all surroundings like static.. or something like that

I am throwing gasoline onto a brewing grease fire so to speak
