Bimbo and the Beefkeg; a story of the clinically retarded finding love.

In this universe real super heroes and super villains exist. Bob is a fat loser who wants nothing more than to become a super hero. However he is of course completely incapable of becoming one. Bob does however have one childhood friend who is a very successful super villain. Bob was the only friend she ever had and Bob was the only one who was ever nice to her. She takes it upon herself to help Bob believe he is super hero. She goes out of her way to save the day and make Bob believe that it was all his doing.
In the end Bob finds out he never did anything and he is very crossed with our anti-hero but Bob actually ends up saving her in a rather heroic way in a final showdown.

Just an idea. I get calling him the real hero was the point, that Bob was a real hero and didn't need the super powers.

It's about the journey.
Bob gets off his fat ass and in the end he actually becomes kind of heroic. He also learns what true heroism is about. Saving a friend and not just being the image of a hero. The villain knows only hate but she loves Bob. Sort of the bad guy with a pet kind of thing.

The love part is in the epilogue. After defeating our anti-hero Bob is kind of sad. Then one day at the asylum Bob visits our anti-hero and he tells her he has been allowed to visit her every day. She asks if his hero business isn't more important. He tells her that he quit because he finally realized what the hero business is all about and he kisses her.
I know that this technically doesn't make Bob clinically retarded because of the character development but wtf.

Bob is to be played by Aaron Moten who is pretty good with dumb heroes.

I remember that niggah. He was the guy who was the son on disjointed. It was a silly laugh trac show on Netflix about a dispensary and elderly Jewish hippy. Real cali liberal world vibes done in the entertainment language of Boomer with the laugh trac and sitcom style formula.

I don't know. Maybe he wanted to be a hero but didn't believe in hi.self? It would feel too insulting to the protaganist if it feels too much like a pitty win.

Oh no he wants nothing more than becoming a hero. His ego is very bloaty so he's not hard to trick into: Yeah I did that.
All characters in the movie are assholes. It's only through each other that they create beautiful dynamic.
The other villains are getting their asses kicked by Billie Eilish so that Bob can live out his dream. You could call them the antagonists but what they are against is the lack of rationality in Billie Eilish. It's a love conquers all kind of message. The other villains have some very good points and they seem a bit above on the IQ level of Bob and Billie Eilish but I'm yet to figure them out as this is only the skeleton of the script. They all have something very good going but it is ruined and shat all over by love.
The message of the film is that love is beautiful but it can really ruin other good ideas. It's emotion beats intellect.

Billie seems suited for a cynical role. Maybe I envision her looking at the act of trying to help her friend be a hero is in a sort of sad pathetic regard of the world, where all seems bleak and hopeless but she drags her moves to make something that doesnt suck happen.


Does that make sense?
