Sad that in a decade or two, a lot of these old stars (and other notable people) will be dead. Diversification in media had made newer people not have the same level of shared cultural relevance and newer figures made post social media, even when they exist in other areas than the vain pursuit of virality, are often still shaped by it and something seems lacking compared to figures like this in character and how they generally conduct themselves. I know little on his life, and he, like many could've have been a pretty crappy person, but whenever I hear someone passing like this, that is my first thought. Not to doomer out. I am not hopeless. Just an observation.
