We cooked lasagna. Now lasagna is made with soup. The point is for the lasagna to be in the fridge over night making the fat in the soup coagulates but we didn't have the time for that so we got a very watery lasagna. Still good though.

It was mushroom soup. I think that you have tried the version where you just put minced meat between the layers but that is not lasagna. That is some kind of minced meat pie. The soup is very fatty with lots of cheese in it so that it stiffens when coagulated.

Nah. Come to think of it some companies have actually started calling the minced meat pies by their correct term. I can't remember the name but I can check. The minced meat pies are healthier seeing that a real lasagna is just fat upon cheese upon extra cheese upon fat layered with some pasta.
