Being something of a mountain man these days, it felt appropriate. I've actually had a few pipes for a while now, though I never picked up smoking.

Gives me an excuse to sit out on the porch and contemplate life. Read. Or just sit and enjoy things.
Exhaling smoke also makes one feel more dragonlike. Which is of course a boon.

Gonna be hitting the gym tonight, then we're hitting a fat ass run. A light jog after working legs (calves, outer thighs, inner thigh, and glutes) and arms (triceps, biceps, and a bit of chest) all week should be nice. I did shoulders and back yesterday night. I'm starting to feel it in the space between my shoulder blades and under my armpits.

Yeah, I agree. There are time where I'm like "Fuuuuuuuck" and vice versa but we keep each other in check. They've also been helping with keeping the drinking down. Who knew that after a hard ass workout you just want to have one beer and pass the fuck out? Haha, I'm kidding. I knew that, but its nice to have a buddy in your life that keep you accountable and to call them up and be like. "Bro. I need to lift weights tonight."
