So, I've always had an affinity for plants. I like watching them grow, especially if the plant has direct benefits. (Roses have rose hips. My cactus have prickly pears; I want to start growing tomatoes, onions, garlic, as well as culinary mushrooms for dinner. Also raising animals/plants is actually cheaper in the long run.
Any of you experienced with growing plants/fungus?

It's a little known fact, but you can take vegetables and fruits from the grocery store and grow them if you know what you're doing. I used to grow pinto beans and what not. Anyway, I remember that it wasn't well known and decided to just type in "what happens if you leave an onion in the ground?" And got this almost threatening result...
