man on man, however, is not ok because of the ingrained belief that men are logical and responsible for their actions -- so the idea of them just not being able to help themselves is antithetical to the values of traditional masculinity. furthermore, as a man and a man cannot make a baby, for them to not realize this fundamental truth is seen as a huge flaw in their manly logical capabilities -- very unappealing. what is endearing in females (they are just too stupid to realize they can't reproduce = must protect) is the opposite in males: i.e.: they are too stupid to realize they can't reproduce = failure in their manly logical capabilities = failure as a man
furthermore, man on man is appealing to women because, while they do indeed see the failure of the man, because it makes them feel superior or like such men are just like them (i.e.: societal myth of being silly, foolish, inept, etc.) they think it's ok. but this female understanding and attraction, however, continues
